This kind of defective product can be seen in thin pieces, mixed colors, and so on, which can be identified by olfaction such as looking, smelling, and touching.

 

To identify whether the chili powder is added with Sudan red, you can take a container, take a little chili powder and put it in, then add a little edible oil, add the oil and stir it, and then look again in a few hours. If the color is very red, it suggests that the chili powder may be added with Sudan red. If the color changes little, it means that the chili powder is not added with Sudan red.
